Procedure to avail the cashback and activate warranty is described below:

Cash Back :

1.       CCR to Inform customers about the cashback and 15 months warranty about Motorola Handset.

2.       When customer selects any of the cashback listed model from Motorola, Customer needs to insert his SIM in the newly purchased SIM and send SMS to 16322 by writing “Edison”.
3.       In the return SMS (picture attached), Customer will get the cashback amount which he/she will show to CCR.
4.       Subject to Cash Back text, CCR will take handset price from Customer. (For an example, if customer selects Moto E4 Plus and receives text as 2000 TK cash back then CCR will collect 11,990-2000= 9990TK from the customer.)
5.       CCR will enter the discount amount in the designated discount tab in EEL POS.




Warranty Activation:
1.       For activating warranty, customer needs to send SMS to 16322 by writing the following information given in the picture:
